                                        Notice of Annual General Meeting

Dear Member

The Annual General Meeting of Pobal Parnell GAA Club will take place on Friday 21st of November 2025 at 8pm in Chanel College.

I attach the relevant forms to be completed for the election of Officers and Members of the Executive Committee and motions for consideration at the AGM.

If you wish to nominate a member for a position, please first seek the agreement of the member and then return the paper to me at

All motions and nomination forms shall not be received less than 14 days before the date of the AGM. 

The Agenda for the AGM will be circulated ten days prior to the date of the AGM and will include:

1.              Adoption of Standing Orders.

2.              Consideration of the Annual Report submitted by the Secretary.

3.              Consideration of the Financial Statements

4.              The Chairperson’s Address.

5.              Election of Officers and Members of the Executive Committee.

6.              Notices of Motion

7.              Other Business
